Hand cut unglazed Moroccan Bejmat tiles. This unique version of the classic Moroccan bejmat tile, comes in its natural clay colour, often referred to as terracotta. This tile requires to be sealed with a suitable product when used in wet applications.
Characteristic of Bejmat tiles is the rectangular shape. The edge of the tile is cut with a chisel, each tile is therefore different giving extra charm to the hand-crafted product. After being cut they are left bare or glazed by hand, resulting in stunning nuances.
Bejmat tiles are available with a thickness of 1.2 or 2 cm. The 2 cm thick tiles that are perfect for floors, are kept in stock. The thinner tiles are made to order, please get in touch for lead times.
Ordered tiles can not be exchanged or returned. Variations in color, shade and surface texture are natural characteristics of this product and should be expected.
