Shipping & returns
We are happy to offer free delivery on all domestic (The Netherlands) orders over €70,- that ship with regular parcel service.
The Fine Store offers worldwide shipping of small items and accessories ordered online. Standard international shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and calculated at check out.
Shipping costs large items
Orders that contain large items that can't ship with a regular parcel service, require a different delivery.
Costs depend on the product and destination, feel free to contact us by email for more information. These costs are not calculated with your online purchasae.
We offer worldwide shipping. Accessories and small furniture can be ordered online wherever you are based.
International orders placed through our website have a maximum order weight. When your order exceeds this, you won't be able to proceed to checkout. In this case, please contact us by email so we can provide you with a shipping quote. Alternatively, try to split up your order.
Keep in mind that, when ordering from outside of Europe, you may be charged for local import fees, custom duties and VAT.
Your order will usually be send within 48 hours.
Most items ship from stock, some items are made to order. The expected lead times are stated in the product information.
Orders are delivered by DPD, DHL or PostNL. Within The Netherlands, these carriers aim to deliver within the Netherlands the next working day or the day after. Delivery of international orders can take up to 15 working days, depending on the location and carrier.
You are welcome to pick up your order at the store. Just select this option when you check out.
When your order is ready to be . picked up, you will be notified. Please do check our opening hours before you pop by.
Right of withdrawal
We hope you are happy with your purchase from The Fine Store. However, if the order does not meet your expectations, then it can be returned.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period commences on the day after the product was received. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by email.
During the withdrawal period please treat the product and its packaging with care.
Return the products you do not wish to keep within 14 days from the moment you informed us about your withdrawal and send us the tracking details of the shipment.
Please note that we are unable to offer a refund on carpets, blinds, paint, shelving and furniture items that are made to order, showroom models and items that are ordered for you on request, referring to our terms and conditions.
How to return
If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, then return the product to The Fine Store, with all associated components and in the original state and packaging.
When we have received the returned goods, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Once we have established that the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) as quickly as possible, though the latest within 30 days. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
If you would like to return a product, ship it within 14 days from the moment you informed us about the withdrawal and send us the tracking details of the shipment.

You can securely pay with Ideal, Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Mister Cash. Payments to The Fine Store are safely conducted through the Shopify Payment system. We guarantee that your transaction will be made securely.
Tax free shopping
Product prices include VAT. At check out, tax is calculated or excluded depending on your location.
When you order from outside the Euopean Union, taxes will be deducted from the product prices, resulting in tax free shopping!
