Arbour Club Sofa Walnut, Vidar 472

The Arbour Club Sofa is the latest member of the Arbour family, it shares the same concept that design should follow construction, and is assembled from separate components that have been independently produced for optimal comfort, quality and efficiency. We love it for it's durability and conscious design.

The sofa designed by Andreas Engesvik and Daniel Rybakken’s was developed with an intention to create a durable piece of furniture that would qualify for the Nordic Swan Ecolabel within the European market. The frame is made of FSC-certified oak or walnut, treated with oil and the fabrics available are EU-Ecolabelled upholsteries, such as Hallingdal and Re-Wool by Kvadrat, crafted from 45% recycled wool.

All cushions are identical and made in carefully balanced proportions, creating a sense of harmony and offering the opportunity for multiple comfortable sitting or lying positions, while the frame creates a strong yet elegant profile with an architectural quality.
